GARDEN CONSULT AND CONCEPT PLAN $550
This includes;

1-1.5hour on site consult, with Patrick Belford, Horticulturalist and Designer with over 20 years experience. Patrick will work with you to understand the space, and what you need out of it.

Patrick will then produce a scale drawing (Concept Plan) of your site capturing the outcome of our consult, showing options for the layout and use of space, areas of planting, surface, and utility items.

A document breaking down the aspects and sequence of the project with budget outlines to help you plan and budget for your garden.

A quote for any further design required to have your garden ready to build, such as Construction drawings, Planting Plan, etc. For small projects, the Concept Plan can be enough to get started!

A 'work in progress', we have taken a dilapidated building and giving it a new life.
The property is a wonderful base for Belford Gardens design and plant curating. There are plans for a gallery and shop space.
A wonderful exercise in empathy for my clients who are also imagining the best way to improve their home.
